About the role
We’re looking for an experienced e-commerce officer to join our Trading team to showcase and promote our exciting year round range of products to raise income and engage supporters via our online shop, catalogues and commercial partnerships.
You’ll be a great communicator and maximise the potential income while ensuring every supporter has a great experience shopping with us.
What you’ll do:
Lead on the development and day-to-day running of the online shop including platform improvements
Develop digital marketing plans, that complement the overall Trading communication plans, to drive traffic and sales to the online shop
Add products to the online shop using clear, consistent content that is bold and creative to drive sales
Constantly review content to ensure that the information is compelling, audience-focused accurate and relevant
What you’ll bring:
A strong understanding and experience of Shopify including designing pages, basic HTML and CSS coding, digital best practice and marketing
Experience of planning, delivering and evaluating digital marketing activity across paid and owned channels
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to convey complex matters clearly and coherently
Significant experience of CMS management and tools such as Canva, Photoshop and Figma
Experience of operating in a modern digital workplace, including using digital tools

The successful candidate will be required to:
attend the UK London office a minimum of 2 days per week (one of which is a Wednesday).
provide your own broadband service with a minimum download speed of 2Mb
have a confidential space in which to work when working at home
